I chose GimKit as one of the gaming tools I was most interested in due to the "money" aspect of the game. I find this gives the learning process another layer with a twist on something they can understand: money. High school students normally have a job; and some students have adult responsibility so they are able to relate to this idea of making sure they know their content to acquire money and invest.
Hey there! I thought Gimkit's use of earning virtual cash was interesting, too! Even at a younger age than high school, I believe that it can be very useful inteaching kids the importance of earning and investing!
